About this place
Located on the 1th floor of the Ginza Dai3 Seiwa Building, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, Oreno Yakiniku ginza9 offers carefully selected meats in an approachable yet upscale yakiniku setting. The dining room has a chic, relaxed ambiance arranged with table seating, making it well-suited for meals with friends, group gatherings, or family get-togethers.
Indulgent A5 Kuroge Wagyu Platters
The main draw here is the lineup of generous platters featuring A5 Kuroge Wagyu selected by dedicated meat buyers. Standout options include the multi-tiered platter showcasing two celebrated brands—Matsusaka and Kobe beef—arranged across 12 layers; the Gokujo A5 Kuroge Wagyu Gōkai Ōdaru-mori, which packs 5 varieties of special Wagyu and large rib roast into a wooden tub presentation; and the New Specialty Ultimate 12-Tier Platter, spanning rare cuts and chateaubriand. Half-size portions for 2 guests are also available, allowing smaller parties to sample an assortment of cuts side by side.
The à la carte menu highlights the distinct character of each cut, with selections like the three-cut beef tongue platter—combining extra-thick-cut prime tongue, regular prime tongue, and salted green onion tongue—as well as lightly seared negishio beef tongue. Guests can also order dishes such as seared Wagyu sushi and thick-cut premium domestic skirt steak (harami).
Noodles, Rice Dishes, and Drinks
Between cuts of meat or to close out the meal, the kitchen serves substantial noodle and rice dishes, including Morioka cold noodles, white sesame tantan cold noodles, and rich gomtang soup noodles or rice bowls simmered with whole beef tongue. The beverage menu includes house wines poured right to the brim—such as Naminami Red and Naminami White—along with sparkling wine, house lemon sours, and a variety of highballs, all designed to balance the rich marbling of premium beef.
Weekday lunch features affordable set menus and a ladies' lunch, while weekends offer a dedicated special lunch set. Reserving a table in advance is recommended for both midday and evening dining.
